Celia Meza Utreras is a Partner at the Chicago based law firm, Utreras Law Offices. She prepares and files corporate formation and reorganization documents and routinely advises business clients on corporate lease and contract negotiations. She also provides counsel on employment law matters including benefit compliance, 401(k) plan compliance, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and termination issues. She develops and implements policies and procedures regarding employment, employee relations, employee benefit plan administration and contract administration.
